David: Where are you off to?

Nancy: I’m going to Carol’s house across the street.
 
낸시: 길 건너 캐롤 집에 가려고.
 
David: Why are you going there?
 
데이비드: 거긴 왜?  
 
Nancy: She has a chocolate cake recipe. I want to try tonight.
 
낸시: 초콜릿 케이크 레시피가 있어. 오늘 밤에 만들어 보려고.
 
David: And while you’re there you’ll have some girl talk.
 
데이비드: 간 김에 수다도 떨려고 그러지.
 
Nancy: How did you guess?
 
낸시: 왜 그렇게 생각해?  
 
David: Because you can just as easily call her on the phone and get her recipe.
 
데이비드: 그냥 전화해서 레시피를 받을 수도 있는데 굳이 가니까.
