Joel: Really?
 
조엘: 정말?
 
Claude: Yes.
 
클로드: 응.
 
Joel: Real estate is expensive up there isn't it?
 
조엘: 거긴 집들이 비싸지 않아?
 
Claude: Yes but in the long run I'll be better off.
 
클로드: 응 하지만 장기적인 안목으로는 더 나을 것 같아.
 
Joel: What do you mean?
 
조엘: 무슨 얘기야?
 
Claude: If I rent it I'll wind up with nothing.
 
클로드: 집을 임대하면 나한테 남는 게 아무 것도 없잖아.
 
Joel: That's true.
 
조엘: 그렇긴 하지.
 
Claude: If I buy it it will be a good investment.
 
클로드: 그런데 집을 사면 좋은 투자가 되는 거잖아.
 
Joel: You're beginning to make sense.
 
조엘: 이제야 이해가 가네.
