(Roger is talking to Jim at work…)

Roger: Well, my bathroom sink is back at it.

Jim: What’s the problem?

Roger: The pipe under the sink is leaking water again.

Jim: I thought you fixed it.

Roger: So did I. I guess I didn’t do a good job.

Jim: It’s best to call a plumber and let a professional do it.

Roger: I’m learning that the hard way.

Jim: Call my plumber. He’s good. Here’s his number.

Roger: Is this going to cost me a pretty penny?

Jim: No his prices are very reasonable.
