OVIO Corporation, a South Korean manufacturer specializing in POU water coolers and hot&cold water dispensers, has achieved record-breaking cumulative export sales exceeding 46 million dollars in Japan.

For the past 26 years, OVIO Corporation has played a leading role in the Japanese market with a thorough localization strategy, focusing on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) businesses.

In particular, considering the local characteristics of Japan where direct water supply-type POU water coolers installation is difficult unlike in Korea, OVIO Corporation introduced the water server (water dispenser) for the first time. This product pours tap water into a container installed on the top of the product and uses filtered water for drinking, receiving positive responses from Japanese consumers and contributing to annual sales growth of over 20% in Japan.

Additionally, by engaging in ODM development for Coway Japan and collaborating with Samsung Electronics to develop and produce the "BESPOKE Water Purifier," OVIO Corporation has demonstrated its capabilities as a specialist manufacturer of POU water coolers and hot&cold water dispensers.

Furthermore, OVIO Corporation has attracted over 100 companies as clients and partners from more than 50 countries worldwide, playing a significant role in the global market. Additionally, by expanding into export deserts such as South Africa, Cameroon, and Bahrain, overseas sales accounted for approximately 78% of the total sales last year.

The CEO of OVIO Corporation stated, "Since its establishment in 1998, OVIO Corporation has achieved significant success in the Japanese market through relentless dedication to quality and innovation." He added, "We will continue to strive for product and technological enhancements to provide clean and safe water to consumers worldwide, beyond the Japanese market."
