Cristina: I like doing aerobics but I hate jogging. I don't mind doing some weight lifting though.
Trainer: Great. How often can you work out?
Cristina: Two or three times a week would be good.
Trainer: How about an aerobics class twice a week followed by a little weight lifting?
Cristina: That's about what I had in mind.
Trainer: You should slowly and gradually build up to three or four times a week.
Cristina: What kind of equipment will I need?
Trainer: Just a leotard and sneakers.
Cristina: Great! I can't wait to get started.
Trainer: See you aerobics class.
