뉴욕불광선원(회주 휘광스님)이 21일 동안 백중(우란분절) 조상영가 천도 지장기도를 드리고 있는 가운데, 지난 11일 한인 불자들이 백중 회향 기도를 올렸다. 백중기도에 입재했던 불자들은 천도 받지 못한 조상영가와 인연영가의 극락왕생을 기원하며 영가천도의 공덕을 쌓았다.
